We’re looking for someone who will breathe Totem. Someone who can juggle growth marketing, partnerships, and content creation and has fun doing so. Can you help us connect with Gen Z and make lasting matches between talent and employers? If so, hit us up!

Responsibilities

Growth Strategies: Will you be the forever hero that finds the fastest way to the hearts of our soon-to-be users? We sure hope so 🙃 Content Strategy and Creation: Tiktok, tiktok, tiktok... ⏱ Or would your rather go all in on Youtube? Grab your camera, shoot the scenes and show people that landing that next gig does nót have to be boring. Partnerships: We're confident you're either a coffee, matcha or tea lover. Which will come in handy during the meetings you'll plan to find the right partners for our platform. From Universities to other large institutions: let's tap in on their huge networks.

Skills & Experience

Attention Grabbing: You don't need to be turning heads in the streets specifically, but we would like you to grab the attention online of all those whore serious about their next carreer move. Digital Wizard: Setting up new campaign in a jiffy. Simple. Organisation skills: As a start-up we'll be joining, or maybe even hosting, a lot of HR events. We'll count on you to make Totem stand out (preferably in a good way). Startup mindset: While startup experience is a plus, we value your drive, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit above all else.
