Hiring! Recruitment Innovation Officer

We’re looking for someone that has great insight in the hiring field. Someone who knows how to tiptoe through the minefield of the culturally complex recruiting world. How is GenZ looking at the corporate world? What are the biggest challenges employers face in their search for the right talent? And how can we enable the best connections? If you know, hit us up! 

Responsibilities

Help build this amazing platform. We are counting on your expertise to help us improve Totem on a daily basis. What are we missing in our onboarding process, what questions should we add for the candidates, how can we improve the workflow for the companies?

Spokesperson: Get on the stage. Which one? All of them! Spread the Totem love, talk about our vision, backed by your knowledge and expertise in the industry.

Team building and leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a mission-focussed team, ensuring that growth strategies are executed effectively.

Develop and implement growth strategies: Drive business success through innovative and effective growth strategies that align with our mission and vision.HR tech ecosystem knowledge: Not asking for you to be the IT wizard (we got plenty of those already), but familiarity with HR tech tools and platforms is a significant advantage.

Lead marketing efforts: Spearhead our marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract top talent, and enhance market liquidity.

Skills & Experience

HR and recruiting expertise: Remember the tiptoeing we mentioned earlier? Proven experience in the HR and/or recruiting space is non-negotiable.
HR tech ecosystem knowledge: Familiarity with HR tech tools and platforms is a significant advantage.
Sales and marketing insights: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, coupled with a robust understanding of marketing principles.
Leadership and team management: Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. You should be ready to inspire and lead from day one.
Startup mindset: While startup experience is a plus, we value your drive, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit above all else.
Hands-on involvement: Be prepared to dive into the details and tackle challenges head-on while maintaining a clear vision of the big picture.
