Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Forge and nurture rock-solid, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding market needs, competitor moves, and the latest trends.
Collaborate: Team up with our marketing and tech squads to keep refining and perfecting our offerings.
Client Support: Deliver top-notch support after the sale to keep our clients happy and coming back for more.
Feedback Loop: Be the bridge between clients and Totem, ensuring a steady flow of feedback to keep us on point.

Skills & Experience

Sales Experience: You've crushed it in sales before, especially in tech or HR.
Communication: Your verbal and written skills are on point.
Negotiation: You've got a knack for closing deals and love the thrill of negotiation.
Tech-Savvy: CRMs and sales tools? You've got them mastered.
